1 lb ground beef
1 pkg taco seasoning mix
1 c sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
1 c salsa
2 cans crescent rolls, 8 per can


Lettuce, shredded
Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
Taco sauce
Salsa
Tomatoes, chopped
Sour cream
Jalapeño, pickled, slices

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven 375º.

Follow the directions on the taco seasoning for cooking the ground beef for tacos. Add the 1 c of salsa and 1 c of sharp cheese. Stir to combine.

Unroll the crescent dough; separate into triangles. Lightly spray a pizza pan or stone. Arrange the triangles in a circle with the wide ends overlapping in center and points toward the outside.

Spoon the meat mixture evenly on the widest ends of dough at the center of the ring. Bring the points of the dough up over the meat filling. Meat filling will not be completely covered.

Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until golden brown.

Cut into wedges and serve with toppings.
