2 lb round steaks
30 oz tomato sauce
1 pkg baby carrots
2 medium onions
6 medium potatoes
1 T Italian Seasoning
½ tsp Black Pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º.

Cut the steak into serving size pieces.

Peel the potatoes and cut into thick slices. Peel and cut the onion into thick wedges. Place the steak in a 13x9 inch baking dish. Surround and layer the steak with the potatoes, onion and carrots.

Pour tomato sauce on top. Sprinkle with Italian Seasoning and black pepper. Cover with foil. Bake for 1½ hours or until vegetables and meat are fork tender.
