2 bonelesss chicken breasts
2 T butter
Cooked white rice, hot
1 recipe Basic White Sauce (See "Sauces and Gravies")

Directions:
Directions:
Cut chicken into ˝ inch cubes.

Sauté in medium skillet with butter.

Make Basic White Sauce (See recipe in Sauces and Gravies).

Add cooked chicken to the white sauce. Serve over white rice.

Notes: May also be served over noodles!
