⅔ cup water
½ cup sugar
¼ cup fish sauce
½ cup roasted peanuts, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
½ tsp chili powder
2 Tbsp vinegar (white or rice)
1 Tbsp lime or lemon juice

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, sugar, fish sauce, vinegar and one crushed garlic clove in a sauce pan over medium-high heat until boiling. Remove from the heat and pour sauce into a bowl. Add chili powder, lime juice and peanuts.
