1 egg
1 quart chicken stock
3 Tbsp cornstarch mixed with 3 Tbsp. water
¾ tsp sugar
¼ tsp salt
2 drops vegetable oil

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg with 1 tsp water and vegetable oil. Bring stock to boiling point and thicken with cornstarch solution. Turn flame off and add egg very slowly, stirring constantly. Add sugar and salt. Serve immediately. Serves 4.
