2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cube butter, melted
1 cup mayonnaise
1 cup Asiago cheese
½ cup cheddar cheese
½ cup Monterrey Jack cheese
Chopped fresh parsley

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all together; spread on French, sourdough, Pugliese or other artisan bread. Split bread loaf lengthwise and spread cheese mixture on it, or cut slices and spread on each slice. Bake at 350º for 10 minutes, then put under the broiler for a couple of minutes.
