1-lb. Light brown sugar
2 sticks butter
1 can sweetened condensed milk
1-1.2 cups light Kayro syrup
Butter for pan

Directions:

Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan. Boil to 152 degrees. Pour into a lightly buttered 9x13" pan.
Cool and cut into bite size pieces, wrap.

This recipe came from Ellie Davis of the Sloatsburg Methodist Church ~ a very dear person. Ellie would occasionally slip me a caramel during church service, wrapped in waxed paper. It was a lovely treat.
