Salad:
2 packages pre-washed spinach
1 pint strawberries, sliced
Pecans as a garnish (optional)

Dressing:
½ cup mayonnaise
½ red onion, sliced thinly
2 tsp white vinegar
1⅓ cups sugar
¼ cup milk
2 Tbsp poppy seeds
Directions:
Directions:
Mix dressing thoroughly. Toss spinach, strawberries and nuts. Pour dressing over salad and mix just before serving.
