1 c. butter (softened)
1 c. powdered sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract
2 1/2 to 2 3/4 c flour

Directions:
Cream butter and sugar together. Add remaining wet ingredients and mix. Add flour. Cool dough and roll out on floured surface. Cut with cookie cutters. Bake at 270º 20-24 minutes.
