1 - 15 oz. jar mild green salsa or one 18 oz. can of green enchilada sauce
1 - 16 oz. container sour cream
1 - 14 oz. bag shredded mozzarella
1 - pkg. burrito-sized flour tortillas
1 whole chicken cooked and shredded (or 3-4 breasts)

Preheat oven to 350
Spray a 13x9 glass pan with Pam
Cover bottom of pan with tortillas (you will need to cut in half and layer them)
Spread sour cream and green salsa
Add 1/3 of the shredded chicken and 1/3 of mozzarella
Start another layer of tortillas, sour cream, salsa, chicken and cheese.
Repeat until you reach top of pan (usually three layers)
Top with layer of tortillas, some salsa and cheese on top.

Bake for 30-40 minutes, let sit for five minutes before cutting

I got this recipe from a friend in Mexico.  Sometimes it is called "Pay Azteca" or "Aztec Pie".
