1 (21 oz) can apple pie filling
6 (8-inch) flour tortillas
1 tsp cinnamon
1/3 cup butter
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Spoon filling in center of tortillas. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Roll up and place seamside down in a lightly greased 2 quart baking dish.
Bring to boil butter, sugar, brown sugar & water. Simmer, stirring constantly for 3 minutes. Pour over enchiladas and let stand for 20 minutes. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes.
