Ingredients:
Ingredients:
9 large fresh peaches peeled and pitted
2 large oranges
Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Put peaches and oranges (including rind) through food grinder or food processor using grating blade. Avoid processing to liquefy. This needs to be chunky.
Measure peach/orange pulp as you take out of processor and put into a pan.
Add equal amounts of sugar to the pan.
Bring the mixture to boil stirring frequently to prevent sticking on the bottom of the pan.
Cook uncovered at a boil for about 15 minutes or until mixture thickens to desired consistency.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal with paraffin or in a water bath or put in plastic containers to store in freezer. (Freezer jam)
