1 - 32 oz package frozen hash browns
8 oz cooked, diced ham
1+ tsp onion powder
2 cans cream of potato soup
16 oz sour cream
2 cups shredded sharp cheddar
1½ cups grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º

Prepare 9x13 pan with non-stick spray

Mix all ingredients together except Parmesan cheese
Spread in pan
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese

Bake 1 hr until brown and bubbly
