1 1/2 C. plus 2 T. All-purpose Flour
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1/2 tsp. Nutmeg, ground
3/4 tsp. Salt
1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
1 1/2 C White Sugar
1 C. Pumpkin, Solid Pack
1/2 C. Vegetable Oil
1/4 C. Walnuts, chopped
1/3 C. Water
2 Eggs
1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice

Directions:

Grease & flour 3-7"X3" loaf pans. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Measure flour, sugar, baking soda,salt & spices into large bowl. Stir to blend. Add Pumpkin, water, oil, eggs, & nuts. Beat well. Pour batter into pans. Bake for 1 Hr.
