2 Lb.Ground Beef
2 C. Onion, Chopped
1/2 C.en Pepper, Chopped
3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
3/4 C. Celery, Chopped
1 T. Brown Sugar
2 tsp. Chilli powder
1 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp. Pepper
1 (46 oz.) Can tomatoe juice
1 (10 1/2 oz.) Cans Beef broth
2 (16 oz.) Cans Stewed Tomatoes
1/2 C. Elbow Macaroni
1 (15 oz.) Can Kidney Beans rinsed & drained

In a Large Kettle Brown Meat. Add onions, garlic, celery & green pepper. Cook until Veggies are tender. Add all remaining ingredients except kidney beans & Macaroni. Bring to a boil & simmer 1 1/2 Hrs., adding macaroni the last 1/2 hr. Stir in beans & heat through. Serves 12. Makes about 4 1/2 Quarts
