8 oz cream cheese
1 can artichoke hearts (drained and chopped)
1/2 stick of butter
1/3 cup or so fresh shredded Parmesean cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350

Melt butter and cream cheese in a baking dish (in microwave). Add artichoke hearts and sprinkle cheese on top. Bake about 15-20 minutes. Serve with Triscuit crackers

Easy to double or triple this recipe. Bake longer if you do that.
