1 egg, beaten
¾ cup soft bread crumbs (1 slice)
⅓ cup milk
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce
¼ tsp onion powder
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp garlic powder
1½ pounds ground beef

Directions:
Directions:
In a large bowl, combine egg, bread crumbs, milk, Worcestershire sauce, onion powder, salt and garlic powder. Add beef; mix well. Shape into 1 to 1½-inch meatballs. Place meatballs in a single layer in a 15X10X1-inch baking pan. Bake at 350º for 20 minutes or until are no longer pink in the center. Remove with slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Cool meatballs 15 minutes. Place in a freezer container and store for up to 6 months. To use, let meatballs stand, covered, in the refrigerator for 8 hours or overnight to thaw or defrost in the microwave.
