3 pounds jumbo shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 ½ Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
3-4 cloves garlic, minced
1½ - 2 teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. in a large bowl, toss shrimp with olive oil, garlic and Old Bay Seasoning. Transfer to a baking sheet in a single layer. Roast for 10-12 minutes, until shrimp is just cooked through. Set aside to cool. Serve with your favorite cocktail sauce and lemon wedges.
