2 (15 oz) cans whole kernel corn, drained
2 (14 oz) cans chicken broth
2 (10.5 oz) cans cream of chicken soup
2 (10 oz) cans chunk chicken (or chopped chicken breast or rotisserie chicken)
2 (15 oz) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
2 (10 oz) cans diced tomatoes with green chile peppers, drained

Optional add-ins: onion, 1 tsp cumin, 1½ tsp chili powder, cilantro.

Directions:

Dump all together in a large crockpot and simmer. Serve with tortilla strips or chips.

Tips: For best flavor, use the Caribbean-style Black Beans With Lime and Peppers and Rotel Mild Diced Tomatoes With Lime and Cilantro, if you can find them.
