6 cups hot water
¾ cup oil
1 cup sugar
1 Tbsp salt
¼ cup yeast
2 Tbsp dough enhancer
4 cups white flour (recommend Wheat Montana's White Flour or King Arthur Baking Flour)
12 or more cups fresh ground wheat flour

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Place water, oil sugar, dough enhancer and white flour in mixer bowl. Add yeast on top and add fresh ground flour until dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Mix for six minutes and remove from bowl and form loaves. Let rise in baking pan for 20 to 25 minutes or until dough is double in size. Turn oven down to 335º; bake until bread is done, 25 to 30 minutes or until internal temp is 180º. Makes 5 loaves.
