1 pound ground beef
½ cup onion, chopped
1 Tbsp shortening
1 cup tomatoes (canned is ok)
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp salt (scant)
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 can kidney beans, drained
Corn bread batter (at least 1 cup)

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef with onion in melted shortening. Add tomatoes and seasonings and simmer for 15 minutes. Add kidney beans. Pour into a greased casserole dish. Top with corn bread batter. Bake at 425º for 20 minutes.
