1 pound ground beef
⅓ cup uncooked rice
1 egg
Salt & pepper
1 Tbsp Worcestershire sauce
1 can Cream of Mushroom soup
½ cup water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground beef, rice, egg, salt, pepper & Worcestershire sauce together, and form into balls. Brown balls in skillet and drain off fat. Mix together mushroom soup and ½ cup water. Pour over meatballs and cook until rice is cooked.

Note from Vernie: Don't add onion - best without it!
