4 eggs
1 cup sugar
3 cups flour
½ tsp baking powder
1 Tbsp marmalade
½ orange grated (optional) or 1 tsp. orange peel spice
Some grated lemon rind
½ tsp ground cloves
½ to 1 tsp caraway seeds
½ tsp vanilla powder or 1 tsp. liquid vanilla

Mix sugar and eggs together. Add flour a little at a time. Add marmalade and vanilla, and then the rest of the ingredients. Cut over semolina flour. Bake at 375º for approximately 8 to 10 minutes until just a little bit brown on top and bottom.
