8 Plátanos bien maduros
1½ Cucharada de sal
½ Barra de mantequilla
½ Tasa de leche
2 tazas de queso cheddar rayado
1 Taza de queso mozzarella rallado

1. Enmantequillar un pyrex de hornear.
2. Precalentar el horno a 350º
3. Pelar los plátanos maduros, cortarlos a la mitad y ponerlos a hervir con la sal.
4. Cuando estén cocidos (aproximadamente 20 minutos), retirar del fuego y sacar del agua.
5. Empezar a aplastar los plátanos con un tenedor o un majador, agregar la mantequilla y la leche y seguir aplastando hasta formar un puré suave.
6. Colocar la mitad del puré de plátanos en el pyrex.
7. Mezclar los quesos y agregar la mitad encima del puré de plátanos.
8. Colocar el resto de la mezcla encima de los quesos.
9. Colocar el reso del puré de plátanos.
10. Finalzar con una capa del resto de los quesos,
11. Hornear hasta que los quesos gratinen y se obtenga un color dorado (aproximadamente 20 minutos).
12. Esperar por lo menos 5 minutos después de sacar del horno para servir.
