-16 oz bag frozen mixed vegetables
-dash salt
-dash sugar
-1/2 cup celery, chopped
-1/2 cup onions, chopped
-1 cup cheddar cheese
-1 cup mayonnaise
-2 1/2 sticks of butter
-2 sleeves Ritz crackers

Directions:
Directions:
1) Pregeat oven to 400
2) Cook veggies with salt and sugar
3) Drain Veggies
4) Mix with celery, onions, cheese and mayo.
5) Butter up a 9x11 Casserole dish
6) Add veggie mix to Casserole, lay flat
7) Make crust: mix 2 sticks of melted butter with 2 sleeves of crushed Ritz crackers.
8) Top Casserole with crust
9) Bake for 30 minutes and enjoy!
