Several pounds beef stew meat - about 1/4 to 1/2 pound per person, cut into 2 inch cubes
1 medium white or yellow onion, quartered
1 linguisa sausage, sliced
1 Hillshire Farms beef sausage, halved and quartered
1 large (12 ounce) can tomato paste
Salt and pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 350º. Place all ingredients in a roasting pan or any large baking dish that has a lid. Add a little water to cover the meat and stir together. Bake for about 3 hours, covered, stirring occasionally. Serve with buttery mashed potatoes!!!
