Ingredients:
Ingredients:
4 cup flour
2 tsp soda
1 tsp salt
1 cup Crisco
1 cup butter softened
1 cup sugar
4 eggs
2 cups brown sugar
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 cup milk chocolate chips
1 cup toffee chips
1 cup choped pecans (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, soda, and salt. Set aside. In a large bowl, combine Crisco, butter, eggs, and vanilla. Mix well on low speed until well blended (about 1 minute), then on high speed for 3 minutes. Stir in flour mixture by hand until well blended. Add chips, nuts, and toffee chips. Spoon dough on a ungreased cookie sheet about 2 inches apart. Bake at 375º until cookies are brown around the edges, but slightly soft in the middle. When you remove the cookies from the oven, hold the cookie sheet about 2 feet off the counter and “drop” the pan on the counter (this will flatten out the cookies). After about 2 minutes remove the cookies from the pan and cool on a rack. Cook what you want and role the rest in tsp. balls and place them on a cookie sheet and quick freeze them. When frozen place them in a zip-lock bag and return to freezer. Bake at 375º as above.
