1 lb ground ham
½ lb ground pork
½ lb ground beef
2 eggs beaten
1 cup cracker crumbs
1 cup milk

Sauce
X4 for triple recipe
½ cup brown sugar
½ tsp dry mustard
¼ cup vinegar
¼ cup water

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients for meat. Make into individual loaves or make into large loaf.
2. Bake in CONVECTION oven on 350º degrees
3. Bake 60 minutes then place sauce ingredients in sauce pan and boil, then pour over loaves and bake another hour, basting with sauce every 15-20 minutes.
4. Total cook time 2 hours
