1 cup milk
2 Tbsp butter or margarine
⅓ cup sugar
⅔ tsp salt
2 eggs
1 Tbsp yeast (1 package)
3 to 4 cups flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk & butter but do not boil. Mix together with sugar, salt, eggs, flour and yeast. Knead until gluten built - 10 to15 minutes. Put in bread pan to rise until double. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes.

Note: Connie made the dough in a bread machine, then baked the bread in the oven. If you do this, follow the bread machine instructions for ingredient assembly.

Connie Hoffman passed away a few years ago. She made bread for our ward for years. Our kids loved having her bread each Sunday.
