2 (½ lb) Salmon Fillets
3 tsp lemon juice

Marinade:
1 Tbsp olive oil
1½ Tbsp Chardonnay
½ Tbsp brown sugar
1 Tbsp soy sauce
1½ tsp ginger
Freshly ground pepper to taste
garlic powder to taste

Directions:

Place Fillets and marinade in a zip lock bag and let sit for 20 minutes.

Preheat oven to 300º

Place salmon filets on buttered baking dish and bake about 15 minutes until flakes.
Top with lemon juice.
