1 lb ground beef (cook in frying pan until all the liquid is absorbed)

Directions:
Directions:
Cook ground beef in frying pan, add graham marsala, cumin, chopped onions, chilli flakes, peas, and salt.

Peel potato before boiling. When potato is soft dice and put in ground beef mixture. Cool completely.

Thaw the wrappers and cut in half. You will have a rectangle. Prepare some water in a dish.

Place the wrapper in front of you, start on the bottom.

Put one heaping table spoon of beef mixture in the middle.

Lift the wrapper up on the right corner and lift. Enclose the meat mixture. You will be making a triangle.

Fold the triangle up. Now flip the triangle to the right side, then fold the triangle up.

Keep the triangle shape. After about 4 times, you won't have enough to make any more triangles.

Moisten the wrapper with water then fold the remaining wrapper onto the triangle. Set aside.

Heat oil about 2 inches deep. Work one at a time, deep fry samosas. Turn once.

When the samosas are golden brown you can take it out of the oil, and drain.

I usually sprinkle salt on the samosas when plated. You can use thai chili sauce for dipping.
