Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 jar artichoke hearts
4 oz cream cheese room temp.
1 C mayonnaise
1 C sour cream room temp.
4 oz Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp powder mustard
1/2 tsp salt
pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven at 350 degrees. Bake 15 minutes.

I put everything in Cuisinart.

First put in drained artichoke heart, pulse until desired size. I like it almost smooth.

Put the rest of the ingredients. Pulse until mix.

It shouldn't be a paste, if so, loose with a few Tbl of milk.

Put dip into oven proof dish and bake, 15 minutes or until golden.

I serve with diagonally sliced french bread. You can use crackers.

Option: Panini, spread the artichoke on the bottom of focaicca, put some prosciutto on top. YUM!
