6-8 C Cooked rice (left over is fine)
8 oz ham or spam diced
4 eggs
green onion
green peas
corn kernels
salt
pepper
4-6 Tbl soy sauce
vegetable oil

Option: chinese chili

Directions:
Directions:
Put diced ham or spam in frying pan with a little oil, stir and then put aside.

Scramble eggs add salt and pepper. (add 1 tsp of water to egg)

Pour egg mixture in oiled pan and stir, then put aside.

Add oil and heat up pan, put in rice. Add soy sauce, chilli, and stir.

Turn off heat, add eggs, ham, peas, corn, green onion. Stir and serve hot.
