1 Cup cocoa powder
2 Cups sugar
½ Cup vegetable oil
2 Cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla
½ tsp. salt

½ Cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In a medium bowl, mix together cocoa, sugar, and vegetable oil. Beat in eggs one at a time, then stir in vanilla. Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt. Stir into cocoa mixture. Cover dough and chill for 4 hours.
Preheat oven to 350º.
Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Roll dough into one inch balls. Roll into powdered sugar before placing dough onto cookie sheets.
Bake for 10-12 minutes.
