"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450.
Cut cold butter into flour, baking powder, and salt using a pastry cutter, fork, or your fingers until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Stir in milk until dough comes together.
Pat out biscuits to 3/4 inch thickness and cut with a 2 inch circle cutter. Pressing straight down when you cut will help the biscuits rise better. Place biscuits on a sheet pan with the sides touching and refrigerate for 20 minutes before baking.
Bake at 450 for 10-14 minutes or until biscuits are baked through and golden brown on top.
