3 carrots, grated
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 ounces sour cream
1 box chicken stove top dressing
5 cups zucchini- diced or grated

Directions:
Preheat oven 350.
Saute carrots in butter for a few minutes. Add soup and sour creme. Stir until mixed well, Add zucchini and dressing. Pour into 1 1/2 quart greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
