1 c. shortening
1 c. sugar
1 c. brown sugar
3 eggs

½ tsp. salt
4 c. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. walnutss

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º

Cream together: shortening, sugar and eggs.

In separate bowl mix: flour salt, soda, powder cinnamon and walnuts.

Fold dry ingredients into egg mixture the press and mold into log roll on wax paper. Twist ends and freeze.

Slice into ⅛ to ¼ inch slices and bake for 8-10 minutes
