2 16 oz smoked kielbasa sausage
2 c dry white wine
¼ c brown sugar, packed
¼ c Dijon mustard
¼ c Brandy
¼ tsp black pepper
¼ c plus 6 T chopped fresh parsley
1 baguette, sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Cut kielbasa in 1/2 inch slices. Place in single layer in skillet and cook until browned, turning once.

Add wine to kielbasa. Bring to a boil and cook, uncovered for 10 to 12 minutes or until wine is nearly evaporated and liquid appears glazed.

Stir in brown sugar, mustard, brandy and black pepper. Cook for 1 minute. Add parsley and toss to mix.

Serve hot or at room temperature with baguette slices.
