1 bag tater tots
2 c grated sharp cheese
6 lg eggs
2 T milk
Salt

Directions:
Preheat oven to 450º.

Spread tater tots out on baking sheet, bake about 15 minutes. Then reduce the oven temp to 350º. Lightly grease a 15x10 jelly roll pan.

Brown sausage in frying pan, crumbling. Drain grease from the sausage.

Unroll crescent rolls and press onto the bottom of the pan, pressing the perforations together to form a flat sheet of dough. Ease the edges of the dough up the sides of the jelly roll pan.

Spread sausage over the crescent roll crust. Crumble the tater tots over the sausage.

In a medium size bowl or in the blender, mix the eggs and milk. Pour over the tater tots. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Spread grated cheese over the top. Bake for about 15 minutes or until the eggs are set.

Cut into squares and serve.
