1 round loaf french bread, unsliced
28 oz artichoke hearts, water packed, chopped
14 oz artichoke hearts, marinated, chopped
1 ½ c cheddar cheese, shredded
4 oz Green Chiles, diced
1 T mayonnaise
1 T butter, softened
Paprika
Tortilla Chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Slice off top 1/3 of bread. Dig out the center, leaving a shell. Cut up bread removed from center and loaf top into cubes Place on baking sheet. Toast for about 10 minutes, turning cubes about half way through.

Drain the artichokes, reserving 1 T. of the liquid from the marinated artichoke hearts. Chop the artichokes.

Lightly butter the bottom of the bread shell. Layer 1 c of grated cheese, water packed artichokes, green chilies (reserve a few for garnish), and the marinated artichokes. Top with the reserved liquid from the marinated artichoke hearts.

Lightly spread the top with the mayo. Top with the remaining cheese and the reserved green chilies. Sprinkle with paprika. Place loaf on foil lined baking sheet. Heat until mixture bubbles lightly. Approximately 30 minutes. Serve with the toasted bread cubes and tortilla chips.
