Cup onions, chopped
Cup Butter
3 lbs Yellow Squash, sliced(or more if needed)
1 Tablespoons Sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste
2 Eggs, separated
1 Cup Cheddar Cheese, grated
1 Cups Bread Crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300. Boil squash until just tender. Saute onions. Add drained squash. Add beaten egg yokes, sugar, salt, pepper and cheese. Beat egg whites and fold into mixture. turn into buttered dish and top with bread crumbs and remaining cheese. Bake 20 to 30 minutes or until firm.
