1 large onion, chopped
3/4 cup rice, rinsed and drained
Celery or celery flakes
Parsley flakes
Onion powder
Cinnamon
Pepper
2 1/2 quarts water

Directions:
Directions:
Wash chicken, then salt and soak the chicken for 5 minutes. Rinse. Put chicken in pan and add the 2 1/2 cups of water and salt. Before water starts to boil, start removing foam. Let soup boil for 5 minutes, then add onion, rice, and remaining ingredients. Cook until rice and chicken are done.
