World's Best Chocolate Cake

2 C flour
2 tsp soda
tsp salt
1 cup buttermilk
1 tsp vanilla
2 eggs
1 cup oil
2 cups sugar
cup cocoa
cup sour cream
1 cup boiling water

Directions:
Directions:
Mix everything except hot water on high for two minutes then slowly add water and mix another minute or two. Grease a 9x13 pan and bake at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes. Or two round cake pans for 30 minutes.
 

World's Best Chocolate Frosting


Ingredients:

1 cube real butter
4 T cocoa
1 tsp vanilla
6 T milk
4 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
In sauce pan melt butter, add cocoa, vanilla and milk, bring to a boil. Remove from heat, add powdered sugar and beat until smooth.

I like to frost the cake after it has been frozen.
