2 C. sugar
2. C water
¼ C. cornstarch
¼ C. lemon juice
1 small box of orange or pineapple jello
9” pie crust – baked (graham, or pastry)
4-5 cups sliced peaches (fresh is better than canned)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, water, and cornstarch in pan. Boil until thick, and clear. Add lemon juice & jello. Cool down. Pour over cleaned and sliced peaches. Fill desired pie crust. Cool in fridge. Top with cool whip or whipped cream.
