2 1/3 C Bisquick
1 egg
˝ C Milk
3 TBS sugar
3 TBS butter melted
˝ tsp almond or vanilla extract

Directions:
Mix together. Drop by spoonful’s and Bake in 9 x 9 pan at 425 for 10 – 12 minutes. Can brush with milk and sprinkle on sugar if desired. Cut warm cakes in half, and fill with strawberries and whipped cream.
