4 cups cooked , diced chicken
1 tsp olive oil
½ cup celery , finely chopped
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
½ cup regular or light mayonnaise ( not Miracle Whip)
½ cup sour cream
½ tsp Dijon mustard
2 cups seedless red grapes slice in half
¾ cup pecan halves (optional - if used, don't chop them so it is easier for people who don't like nuts to pull them out)
Directions:
Directions:
Sprinkle chicken with olive oil and toss lightly
Stir in celery and grapes
In small bowl , stir together salt, pepper, mayonnaise, sour cream, and mustard until well mixed.
Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken, celery and grapes and stir to coat everything.

Refrigerate at least an hour before serving

Can be made the night before and kept cold until ready to use.

This is good for picnics and tailgates. It isn't too mayonnaise-y. The grapes give it a boost of flavor.
