1 1/2 inch thick steak
1 thinly sliced onion
1 bay leaf
1/4 tsp red chili flakes
2 Tbl olive oil
2 Tbl red wine
5 crushed garlic cloves
1 egg

Directions:
Directions:
Mix onion, bay leaf, chili flakes, 1 Tbl olive oil, wine and garlic. Place steak in the mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours at least. Pour 1 Tbl olive oil into frying pan and heat on high until shiny. Place steak in the center of the pan and pour marinade over the top. Cook 1 minute on the first side, flip and cook 2 minutes until browned. Fry the egg in the same pan, sunny side up and serve over steak.
