Directions:
Directions:
In a crock pot add all ingredients, but the Thai basil, bean sprouts, cilantros and green onions. Fill water to the top, just enough so you can still close the lid. Set to low heat for 6-7 hours, after 6 hours check chicken. If it is full cooked take it out and let it cool down. Then start shredding the chick and set aside. Taste test the PHO broth, add desired salt and black pepper for taste. Chop up the Thai basil, cilantros and green onions. Set aside.

Placing and serving the PHO Noodle Soup:
Place noodle in bowl, add a small handful of shredded chicken then pour PHO broth over it. Add however much Thai basil, cilantros and green onions to your bowl and don't forget the bean sprouts. Add ½ to 1 tablespoon of hoisin and siracha sauce for extra flavor. Squeeze in ½ slice of a lime. Enjoy!
