1 lb. Top Round Steak, thin cutlet
1-2 Eggs, beaten
½ cup Milk
1 cup Flour or Bread Crumbs
⅓ cup Romano cheese or Parmesan
Seasonings for Flour or Bread Crumbs: Parsley, Garlic Powder, Black Pepper, Salt

In a shallow bowl, lightly beat eggs.
In another shallow bowl, combine flour (or bread crumbs) and Romano or Parmesan cheese and seasonings.
In a third shallow bowl, pour the milk.

Pound steaks thin with a mallet between wax paper. Season meat with salt and pepper, garlic salt optional instead.

Take each steak and do the following being sure to coat both sides:
1. Dip into the milk
2. Dip in the seasoned flour or bread crumbs
3. Dip in the egg
4. Dip again in the seasoned flour or bread crumbs

Place coated steaks on a plate or cookie sheet. In a large skillet, heat oil. Add steaks and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Turn steaks and cook an additional 2-3 minutes.
