1 CAN TOMATO SOUP
1½ LB GROUND BEEF
½ C FINE DRY BREAD CRUMBS
1 EGG
FINELY CHOPPED ONION
SALT
PEPPER
1 TBSP SHORTENING
¼ C WATER
1 TSP HORSERADISH

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ½ can tomato soup with next six ingredients. Shape firmly in to 2 loaves. In skillet melt shortening & brown loaves on both sides, cover & cook over low heat 25 minutes. Spoon off fat. Mix remaining soup, horseradish, & water together. Pour over loaves, cook uncovered 10 minutes.
